I am The Clever Trekker-

My name is AJ Villareal. Currently, I’m dabbling in digital marketing strategies, video editing, and content management. If you need similar services, feel free to drop me a line.

I try to travel as often as I can and create content along the way. Whether its photographs or videos, I want the viewers of my content to feel something when they see it- whatever emotion that may be.

I started to blog because I want to show the world through my eyes. Traveling can be a paradigm shift. A paradigm is how you see and perceive the world around you.

Traveling allows you to see and experience different ways of life. It allows you to learn and acquire more knowledge along the way. I always strive to learn new things every day.

I am nomadic in nature and I love spontaneity. Just as long as I have the resources and my gut feeling says it’s time to go, I set off and explore. Usually I travel alone because it gives me a sense of independence, but I don’t mind traveling with other people.

I have experience in writing, advertising, video production, editing, customer service, and team management. I have a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (latin honors). I worked for the top broadcasting company in the Philippines, ABS-CBN.

On a side note, I am a big fan of Elon Musk (founder of Tesla and SpaceX). In case you didn’t know, he started The Boring Company as a hobby. So it’s never a bad idea to innovate your hobbies. And my hobbies are traveling and content creation.

At the end of the day, I’m just a nomad with modern tools.
